  11. It's a subclass of notify-class and only usable for developers who want to
  12. build subclasses of Date.mcc!

  14. The idea of this class was born during developing my Gregor application.
  15.  
  16. MUI abstract public custom class allowing easy handling of dates. Because it is
  17. abstract it is only usefull for developers who are working with classes that
  18. are based on Date.mcc (like DateString.mcc), or who want to build their own
  19. classes based on Date.mcc.
  20.  
  21. Date.mcc features:
  22.  - Handles years from 8 to 8000
  23.  - Supports the Gregorian calendar reform
  24.  - Supports MUIM_Import and MUIM_Export
  25.  - Supports drops of other date objects and date-strings
  26.  - A week can begin with any weekday
  27.  - The date can be read as day/month/year format or as JD or MJD
  28.  - The date range can be restricted
  29.  - Method to set the current date
  30.  - Methods for increasing and decreasing the date
  31.  - Method to compare with another date object

  35. Now, before you go on, you should validate whether all files are unmodified,
  36. use the md5sum utility together with the checksums appended to this text.
